Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor
Quite catchy and entertaining! Taylor’s “Strange the Dreamer” is a real depiction that our dreams indicate something and if we follow what they say, we might escape several hurricanes or transform our lives. What does the book say?
A dream chooses the dreamer, but a dreamer can’t choose the dream. He is an orphan and a junior librarian who is certain that his dream chose poorly. Since the age of five, Lazlo has always had the Weep city in his dreams. To enter this city, it certainly requires a bolder man than him who has to make it across half of the world.
One day, the godslayer with a band of legendary warriors appear to Lazlo and they are to embark on a journey. Lazlo has to either embrace the opportunity or lose his dream forever. He will just have to join this team because of the many questions that linger in his head.
What happened in the Weep city hundreds of years ago? What is the role of the godslayer and why has he appeared to him? What problem does the godslayer have to solve with Lazlo’s help? – All the answers lie in Weep, but mysteries lie in the path.
