Kay is at the centre of a group of seniors ruling their girls’ boarding school. The girls find the body of their classmate Jessica Lane in a lake which is close to their place. The school tries coming out of her death, Kay, on the other hand, gets an email from the dead girl, yes, none other than Jessica, mails her, which forces her to expose her friend’s wrongdoing so that her own dark secrets are not revealed to anyone. Evidence leads to the fact that Kay was involved in Jessica’s murder. The whole school goes against Kay. Kay slowly comes to know that being cruel does not go unrepaid. Mele has created a cast of sharp-edged; the sexuality of various characters is handled in a very nice way.
