In this novel she explained the incident of dare devilish tomboy Idgie and her friend Ruth. Both came back in the thirties and they ran in the small place in whistle stop. Alabama is the southern café of Woebegone which offers different food options like barbecue and good coffee. There is also all kinds of the love and the laughter. There was also an occasional murder.
