Fires of winter by Johanna Lindsey
The first character of the story is the Lady Breena. She is so much determined to resist her from the captors but she escapes from the first possible opportunity. Breena is the stubborn, immature and unrealistic considering girl.
The second character is the Garrick Haardrad. He is the son of the Viking Chieftain. He has no liking and patience for women. Garrick is the spoiled, selfish and unsympathetic character. His behavior throughout the story is consistent. He fails himself in indulging himself in the love.
In this story, the villain is predictable and there are some love scenes that are border on the rape.
