Into the Water by Paula Hawkins
The history lies open even after generations have passed. The river that runs through the city poses as a nightmare to those who live in it and the visitors. In “Into the Water” Paula introduces us to a single mother who lies dead at the bottom of the river. This is not the first terrifying event as a young girl had faced the same kind of death.
As that is not the end, there is a fifteen-year-old girl left as an orphan to her mother’s sister. She has found her fate as she now has to put up in a place she had vowed never to step her feet in. In the land filled with fear, negativity, threatening memories, and unknown ending.
